: As a Dealer - Bullion, you will play a crucial role in our Treasury Bullion department, driving the bank's bullion trading activities. Your expertise will be instrumental in developing and implementing effective trading strategies, analyzing market trends, and making informed decisions to maximize profits. You will collaborate closely with our risk management team to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain a balanced risk profile.
Responsibilities:

• Execute bullion trading strategies and transactions, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
• Analyze market trends, economic indicators, and industry developments to identify trading opportunities.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with bullion market participants, including brokers, dealers, and clients.
• Monitor and manage risk exposure, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines.
• Prepare and present regular performance reports, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
• Stay updated with industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies in the bullion market.
• Collaborate with the risk management team to assess and mitigate potential risks associated with bullion trading.
• Provide support and guidance to junior team members, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and procedures, maintaining the highest standards of integrity and ethical conduct.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field, with a strong preference for a Master's degree in Finance or a relevant specialization.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in bullion trading or a related field, preferably within a banking or financial institution.
• In-depth knowledge of bullion markets, including gold, silver, and other precious metals.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficiency in using trading platforms and financial software, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously, demonstrating strong organizational skills.
• Strong ethical judgment and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of integrity and confidentiality.
• Willingness to stay updated with industry developments and a continuous learning mindset.
