Role: Data Delivery Leader

We require a senior Data Delivery Leader with two decades of experience directing large, complex data programs across global enterprises. The role focuses on overseeing multi-year data platform modernization, advanced analytics initiatives, and end-to-end delivery governance. The leader will manage cross-functional teams, ensure execution discipline, and maintain strong alignment with client executives and internal stakeholders. Key Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of large-scale data engineering, analytics, and cloud modernization programs (Azure/AWS/GCP/Snowflake/BigQuery).
• Manage distributed teams (100-300+) across onsite/offshore locations.
• Own delivery governance, risk management, financial tracking, and program controls.
• Drive data architecture decisions, quality standards, and engineering best practices.
• Engage with CIO/CDO-level stakeholders to define roadmaps, KPIs, and operating models.
• Coordinate with sales, solutioning, and PMO teams on new opportunities and scope expansions.
• Ensure compliance, security, and regulatory standards across engagements.
• Develop talent, mentor delivery leads, and build a scalable delivery organization.

Required Skills & Experience

• 20+ years in data engineering, analytics delivery, and enterprise-scale program management.
• Proven success leading multi-million-dollar, multi-year transformation engagements.
• Strong expertise in cloud data platforms, data governance, MDM, and ML/AI-enablement programs.
• Demonstrated ability to work with global clients and senior executives.
• Excellent communication, escalation management, and stakeholder alignment skills.
• Based in Bangalore with flexibility for travel as needed.
