Responsible for preparing, assembling, and finishing DCDP (Dutch Chocolate Delight Pastry) while maintaining quality, hygiene, and consistency as per bakery standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare chocolate sponge, creams, and fillings required for DCDP pastry.
Assemble DCDP pastries with proper layering, filling, and finishing.
Ensure uniform taste, texture, and presentation for all DCDP products.
Follow standard recipes, portion control, and production guidelines.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the pastry section as per FSSAI norms.
Handle storage of ingredients and finished products properly.
Assist in daily production planning and stock checking.
Coordinate with senior pastry chef for new batches and improvements.
Ensure minimal wastage and proper use of raw materials.
Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety standards.
Skills & Requirements:
Basic knowledge of pastry and chocolate-based desserts.
Experience in sponge preparation, cream handling, and decoration.
Ability to work in a fast-paced bakery environment.
Attention to detail and consistency.
Team player with willingness to learn.
Experience:
0-2 years in pastry/bakery section (freshers can be considered with training).
