Key Responsibilities:
Preparation & Production:
Assist in the preparation and cooking of all pasta dishes according to recipes and standards.
Quality & Consistency:
Ensure taste, texture, and presentation align with LUPA's culinary standards.
Section Management:
Maintain mise-en-place, cleanliness, and organization within the pasta section.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with the CDP and Sous Chef to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
Stock Control:
Monitor inventory levels, minimize waste, and report shortages to the Sous Chef.
Hygiene & Safety:
Follow all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation protocols strictly.
Qualifications & Experience:
3-5 years of experience in a professional kitchen, preferably in Italian or European cuisine.
Strong skills in pasta preparation, from dough-making to finishing.
Good understanding of kitchen operations and teamwork.
Culinary diploma or equivalent certification preferred.
