to assist in the daily kitchen operations and ensure high standards of food quality, hygiene, and presentation. The ideal candidate will support the Chef de Partie and contribute to smooth kitchen functioning.
Key Responsibilities
Assist the Chef de Partie in preparing and presenting dishes as per standards
Handle a specific kitchen section efficiently (Indian / South Indian / Continental / Bakery / Tandoor, etc.)
Ensure food quality, taste, portion control, and presentation standards
Follow hygiene, food safety, and kitchen safety procedures
Maintain cleanliness of workstations, equipment, and storage areas
Assist in stock control, food requisition, and minimizing wastage
Support junior kitchen staff and Commis in daily operations
Ensure timely preparation and service during operations
Comply with hotel and statutory food safety regulations
Requirements & Qualifications
Diploma or certification in Culinary Arts or Hotel Management preferred
2-4 years of experience in a similar role
Good knowledge of kitchen operations and food preparation techniques
Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and under pressure
Strong teamwork and communication skills

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
