Maintain and user support of IBM IIS on-prem solution. o Investigation, debugging and root cause analysis of jobs. o Main stakeholders: developers, operational teams across tribes o Queries: production backup, query incidents, manage PMR tickets (IBM) o Be point-of-contact for incident management . Join in on on-call group (currently 2 people in on-call group). Need to have o Familiar with IBM IIS tool (version 11.7) - DataStage, FastTrack, IGC and IA o Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting expertise. o Familiar working with Linux/scripting o IBM IIS installation/migration experience - How can we lift IBM IIS to cloud or migrate to another tool Secondary Skills: Nice to have o Experience in concepts of DWH o Experience with cloud - next step is moving to cloud.
