TCS presents an Excellent opportunity for Datastage Developer Role: Sr Developer Required Technical Skill Set: Datastage Desired Experience Range: 5 to 7 years Location of Requirement: Delhi NCR, Chennai,Hyderabad Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency) Must Have: 1) Looking for Datastage Developer to design, build and implement complex ETL solutions. 2) Strong Experience on Developing parallel Jobs and Sequences. Experience working with different types of files. 3) Strong Experience on IBM Infosphere Datastage 9.x, 11.x versions 4) Should be able to apply ETL principles and practices to implement complex solutions at an enterprise level. 5) Should be able to review code and recommend performance improvement techniques. 6) Should be able to assist Project Leaders to determine project timelines. 7) Should be able to test and troubleshoot issues reported during QA. 8) Working Knowledge on Data warehousing and Business Intelligence. 9) Working Knowledge on Unix Shell scripting 10) Working knowledge on SQL/PLSQL to work on Unit testing and to support system testing. Good-to-Have Possess good analytical skills Experience working on agile methodologies Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role Develop and deliver the functionalities based on the customer requirements Working with multiple stakeholders understanding the requirement, present the design solution Should be able to review code and recommend performance improvement techniques Should the assist Project Leads with the estimation and meeting the project timelines Owing to the current Situation, We are currently doing Virtual Video Interviews for 1 hour using Microsoft Team or Cisco Webex Application.
