We are looking for an experienced and highly communicative

Database Faculty

to deliver classroom-based training on modern database administration technologies. The ideal candidate should possess strong hands-on experience with relational and NoSQL databases, cloud-based database platforms, and AI-assisted database management tools. The role requires a passion for teaching, mentoring students, and delivering industry-relevant training.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver structured, interactive, and engaging classroom training sessions on database administration concepts Design and update course curriculum, training materials, labs, and real-world project scenarios Conduct hands-on practical sessions covering database installation, configuration, tuning, and troubleshooting Train students on backup & recovery, performance monitoring, and high availability solutions Explain AI-driven automation tools and their role in modern database management Assess student performance through assignments, tests, and projects Mentor students and resolve technical and conceptual doubts effectively

Technical Skills Required:

Database Administration Skills:

Relational Databases:

Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL, MS SQL Server

NoSQL Databases:

MongoDB, Cassandra, Redis Advanced SQL, PL/SQL, and T-SQL scripting Query optimization and execution plan analysis Backup, restore, replication, and high availability concepts

AI & Automation Exposure:

AI-assisted database monitoring and tuning tools (e.g., Oracle AIOps, AWS DevOps Guru for RDS)

Cloud Database Platforms:

AWS RDS, Aurora, DynamoDB Azure SQL Database, Cosmos DB Google Cloud SQL, Firestore

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Data Science, or related field Excellent communication and presentation skills Strong classroom handling and student engagement abilities

Preferred Certifications:

Oracle Certified Database Administrator Microsoft Azure Database Administrator Associate AWS Certified Database - Specialty AI/ML certifications (preferred but not mandatory)

Training Experience:

Minimum

6 months to 1 year

of classroom training experience is mandatory Experience delivering sessions to

30-40 students per batch

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?40,000.00 - ?55,000.00 per month
