Maintain Database activities and also support PL/SQL development to other technical teams.
- Working with various stakeholders to identify and capitalize on opportunities to leverage data to drive business solutions.
- Database Backup Process and Restoration process
- Perform capacity planning and project estimation.
- Evaluate and research new database features, versions, and new database technologies
- Coordinate with other team members on System Administration activities
- Troubleshooting complex issues
- Experience in handling DBA activities on Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL, MSSQL Server etc.
- Well experienced with Stored Procedures, Functions, Packages, Indices, Cursors, Constraints & database triggers using all databases.
- Install, configure, and maintain (upgrade & patch) database software
- Setup access to Jump Server on DEVL
- Coordinate testing, Run table scripts, Database scan remediation
- Automate recurring/redundant database tasks
- Develop database standards, guidelines, and best practices
- Lead and mentor team members
- Evaluate and research new database features, versions, and new database technologies
