Job Description
ESAF Small Finance Bank is hiring for, Position: Database Administrator Responsibilities: - Perform centralized administration of databases, with a focus on Oracle. - Monitor and maintain the overall health and performance of the databases. - Generate reports as required by the organization, utilizing SQL queries and reporting tools. - Optimize database performance through monitoring, analysis, and performance tuning techniques. - Design and implement backup and recovery strategies to ensure data integrity and availability. - Manage and support SQL Server databases, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting. - Collaborate with development teams to assist in database design and optimization. - Perform regular database maintenance activities, such as backups, patches, and upgrades. - Ensure data security and compliance with relevant data protection regulations. - Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end users and IT teams. - Document database configurations, processes, and procedures for reference and knowledge sharing. Requirements: - BE/ B Tech/ BSc/ BCA/ MCA - Maintaining database and report generation - Profiles from banking domain will be preferred - 4 to 10 years of relevant experience in respective fields are mandatory Location :- Thrissur, Kerala
