Position Overview:
The candidate will be a part of the Market Data Foundations (MDF) team to provide data stewardship and support related business analytics and operations initiatives. The candidate will focus on ensuring accuracy and consistency in Market data related to drug naming and classification across data sources, working with the BO&S and Digital teams

Key Areas
People
Maintain effective relationship with the end stakeholders (Business Transformation team) within the allocated GBU and tasks \xe2\x80\x93 with an end objective to perform data analysis and develop reports as per requirement
Performance
Investigate differences and similarities across drug entries in datasets that may appear similar (e.g. same molecule name with different brand names across geographies) to correctly classify Collaborate with countries on managing master data and data anomalies Manage the service requests and inquires of MDF dashboards and data quality Oversee the data load and inform the partners in case of change in schedule or data outage Sanofi POC for the DaaS support service and data inquires Manage the Reference data sets for Product, Corporations, Market definitions, Reference Originators, Molecule Lists, and Drug Class Matching and Merge Products in One Product Manage training and communication Materials (Audio and visual) Support data integration of MDF with other foundational data products Support market tracking and performance tracking tasks
Process
Use methodologies and partner with internal teams to continuously improve data quality and availability by building business processes that support global standardization Identify inconsistencies in how data is being reported across teams and countries Ability to work cross-functionally, gather requirements, analyse data, and generate insights and reports that can be used by the GBU
Customer
Work collaboratively with the Franchise teams to prioritize work and deliver on time-sensitive requests
