Key member of the DDnA Data Solutions team, supporting with key functions which enables the delivery and surfacing of insights and data to business areas across Barclays, particularly Barclays' Payments, ensuring Barclays' Best Practices are abided by. There will be a need to develop and maintain stakeholder relationships through service excellence and have the ability to demonstrate a commitment to stakeholders' success by ensuring SLAs and met.
What will you be doing?

• Ensure no manual refresh processes are carried out by Developer - any such processes should be documented effectively and carried out in the most efficient way
• Provide support to various business stakeholders by supporting with delivery and surfacing of insgihts and data.
• Work in-line with overall Barclays strategy across Technology delivery and Business operations change
• Identify, quantify, plan and control all business design and analysis related activity on projects.
• Troubleshoot and engage with the required stakeholders when required
• Ensure that SLA/agreed timelines are met and manage the effectiveness of data processes
• Maintain documentation of data processes for compliance
• Follow the incident and change management effectively
• Discover, plan and automate existing data processes
• Empowered to optimise and improve data processes

What we're looking for:

• Application of Report Design Best Practice

• SAS and/or SQL (Basic)
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills and stakeholder management skills

Skills that will help you in the role:

• Business Intelligence Tools experience (Tableau, OBIEE, Power BI, Business Objects...)
• Salesforce experience
• Attention to detail, stakeholder management experience
