Data Scientist - NLP/NLQ, Open AI/Azure AI We\'re looking for a Data Scientist candidate with experience in NLP/Large-Language Models/Deep Learning, to join our team in Bangalore. You will report to the Principal Data Scientist. You are part of the data science team. Technology You\'ll Use NLP/Large-Language Models/Deep Learning Your Role Responsibilities Here\'s What You\'ll Do The role would encompass building analytics, recommendation, and framework and identifying main analytics projects for Global Customer Support, Customer Success focused on Customer analytics. Responsibility cut across teams. You will work on data modelling and identifying patterns in Global Customer Support data. Create Models for classifications for Customer Success programs using Machine learning/LLMs. Build a Natural Language processing platform, Data Lake for Customer data Find insights from Structured, semi-structured, and Unstructured data - Supervised and Unsupervised. Specify manipulative or computational methods to be applied to models. Perform validation and testing of models to ensure adequacy and reformulate models. What We\'d Like to See Knowledge of machine learning techniques like Bayesian, Decision Trees, Neural Networks. Knowledge of advanced statistical methods including multivariate modeling statistical methods, and discrete choice modelling. Knowledge of Deep Learning and Generative AI models/Prompt Engineering. Experience in Log mining and extractions. Working knowledge of Tensorflow and other Deep Learning frameworks. Exposure to Training models on GPU servers and on the cloud. Understand/Implementation experience of Neural Network architectures like LSTM, and LSTM with Attention. Optimization solutions like constraint-based optimization, and game theory is a bonus. Working proficiency in Python and SQL. Prior experience with Big Data platforms/tools (Hadoop, MongoDB, Cassandra) and exposure to the Customer Support domain will be added advantages. Role Essentials BA/BS or equivalent educational background, we will consider an equivalent combination of relevant education and experience 3 to 5 years of relevant professional experience.
