• Hands-on experience and strong programming skills in Python and SQL. Must have practical exposure to scientific software development packages like numpy, scipy, pytorch, pandas, scikit-learn or seaborn.
• Designing, developing, and researching Machine Learning systems, models, and schemes.
• Strong understanding and hands-on work experience on Deep Learning, Computer Vision, and NLP.
• Solving complex problems with multi-layered data sets, as well as optimizing existing machine learning libraries and frameworks.
• Running tests, performing statistical analysis, and interpreting test results.
• Documenting machine learning processes covering all components with E2E technical architecture.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to understand the big picture and deliver results in a partnering and collaborative style.
• Passion to understand and analyze business problems consequently trying to address them by leveraging data characterized by high-volume, high dimensionality from multiple sources.

• Proven experience on building machine learning models viz classification, clustering, time-series analysis, or recommender systems. Must have implemented ML algorithms such as KNN, Logistic Regression, Naive Bayes, Random Forest, Decision Tree, Dimensionality Reduction (PCA, TSNE) etc.
• Strong programming skills on Python with experience in database development in MSSQL
• Must be expert in Numpy, Pandas, Matplotlib, Seaborn, Dimensionality Reduction (PCA) with ability to build and deploy Machine learning models using modern AI techniques.
• Must be well versed with Matrices, Probablity, Statistics and Linear Algrebra
• Strong understanding and hands-on work experience on Deep Learning (RNN, CNN, LSTM, Auto encoders), Computer Vision and Bagging/Boosting.
• Proven experience in dealing with both structured & unstructured datasets and drawing the insights from the data.
• Experience / Knowledge on NLP libraries, Feature Engineering and Text Preprocessing techniques.
• Industrywide accepted certification on AI/ML topics.
• Good to have experience with Cloud platforms and DevOps.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
• Effective presentation skills and ability to communicate analysis of complex models in a clear and precise manner.
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities.

# Minimum of 8-10 years of total experience and 4-5 years relative exp. in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning projects where models and integrated solutions (using process automation tools) were deployed to production.
