ROLE: Data Scientist - Business Analysis ROLE DESCRIPTION Experience 4 to 6 Years Location Mumbai, India Location can be discussed Develop comprehensive E2E test cases at the application and multiapplication levels Create direct channels of communication to software and application developers that get the job done without managerial interjection Identify business trends utilizing real data, compile analysis reports that are delivered to developers and then followup on all results Implement a comprehensive management plan for each project and hold regular stakeholder meetings to keep all interested parties updated in project progress Determine and document user requirements for business processes and abide by those requirements for future projects SKILLS SET 4 to 6 Years of experience as an Analyst Consultant Work closely with business stakeholders, gather complete requirements loop in back to delivery team Familiarity with basic Statistical Machine Learning Concepts Ability to engage with midlevel business stakeholders to understand business requirements Communicate important information and insights to business and make recommendations to adapt existing business strategies Strong documentation skills with command over Excel, Word and Power Point Stakeholder expectation Management, Project Scope Delivery Collaborating with cross functional different teams Good to have Domain knowledge of Sales Marketing Experience in Data Visualization Knowledge Familiarity with Salesforce, Marketing analytics tools, etc QUALIFICATION Bachelor of Engineering, MBA, MCA etc. from good Institute Good to have Certification as a Business Analyst SOFT SKILLS Excellent communication skills, verbal as well as written Positive attitude with flexibility and maturity to work in a challenging client environment Ability to drive project responsibilities in a dynamic and proactive manner Ability to showcase three Mahindra RISE Pillars e.g. Accepting No Limits, Driving Positive Change and Alternative Thinking EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER Bristlecone is an equal opportunity employer.
