Job Overview The individual for this position will understand, develop, and support Finance and Sales reporting and analysis for business partner for each BU. The responsibilities will include transition of existing reports and develop new reports and provide support on deep dive analysis of information and share the insights with BU management. Develop SAP BPC system for entire GAD. This role involves Automation, creating Tableau dashboards with storytelling, and maintains data in SQL, Leads in one of the CoE areas. Responsibilities: . Works with colleagues in the standard reporting and analysis team in India to understand their customers\' requirements and support with acquiring data and build interactive dashboards . Transition of new reports and analysis from different locations as needed . Perform SAP BPC historical data development, Maintenance and build the system and bring it online. . Data Visualization in Tableau and create interactive dashboard for the business users . Automation of reports using tools like Business Object, VBA & SQL to reduce time consumption and increasing accuracy of reports. . Prepare Presentation for weekly review with Customers. . Actively participate in the calls/meetings with India, Schaffhausen and Bensheim teams and understanding the business requirements. . Understanding the different sources from BPC vs Data acquisition team. Desired Candidate Profile: MBA in Finance/ Master Degree in a Finance or BE /B. Tech. discipline is preferred 2 - 5 years of Industry experience in reporting and Analytics Good hands-on experience in tools like SAP, Business Objects, Oracle, SQL, MS SharePoint Knowledge of Tableau / Power BI / Python/ Power Apps is an added advantage Proven skills on report automation, preparing dashboard and presentation Must have strong analytical and reporting skills Strong team player and share best practices Proactiveness and self-motivated individual Proficient in Excel, MS Access, Macros Good knowledge on SAP, Business Objects, SQL, Tableau High work quality and accountability, innovative thinking Competencies Values: Integrity, Accountability, Teamwork, Innovation ABOUT TE CONNECTIVITY TE Connectivity is a global technology leader enabling a secure, sustainable, productive, and connected future.
