The Data Modelling Architect in the Data Architecture and Platforms division of the data office will support in designing, building and managing Information Architecture and Data Models with an end-to-end accountability across Haleon. Working for the Director of Enterprise Information Architecture, the Information Modeller will establish and implement an information architecture framework, information design standards, data models; and setup the required organisational capability, structure and practices to effectively manage ongoing improvements. The Information Modeller will interact cross-functionally with leaders and teams in all Haleon business functions regions, sites and markets; tech partners and architects; partnering with a wide array of stakeholders to support data initiatives across Haleon. This position presents an opportunity to play an active role in an important and strategic function which will be critical to Haleon\xe2\x80\x99s continued success. The Information Modeller will support the development of Enterprise Information architecture and modelling capabilities, in line with the Data Strategy and will focus on continuous improvement of capabilities and efficiencies within the Data Architecture and Platforms organisation. As HALEON moves towards becoming a truly data centric organisation, this is a high impact and high visibility role that requires strong communication and collaboration skills, functional and data understanding of key areas of the consumer business, strong data architecture and modelling experience; ability to engage stakeholders across functions and regions across HALEON and most importantly an enterprise view of data to eliminate functional or siloed thinking.
Responsibilities

• Work with the Director of Enterprise Information Architecture and key business stakeholders to establish a vision for how HALEON will manage its Enterprise Information Architecture and data models with an initial focus on strategic priorities of Haleon.
• Support from data architecture perspective in the co-creation or update of the Business Architecture with business owners and functional leads covering the organisation, functions, process framework, personas, and data.
• Understand the Business and Data Strategy for a function and collaborate with the Business and data owners across the functions to define the Enterprise Information model, which is technology and application neutral, and defines how the business sees information.
• Collaborate with Business Leads, Business Owners, Innovation Leads, Product Managers, Data Scientists to evaluate the information needs for any new idea or data product and provide recommendations on right source to meet the information needs.
• Responsible for developing the enterprise Information model, comprised of a subject area model (SAM), enterprise conceptual data model (ECDM), enterprise logical data model (ELDM) and physical data models.
• Align information flows to business capabilities and processes, highlighting potential improvements and benefits/value creation.
• Collaborate with Platform Architects, Tech Solution Architects and Enterprise Architects to ensure the enterprise view of information is represented accurately with an application or solution scope and participate in architecture forums and review boards.
• Support the definition and design governance of foundational data layer and curated data assets.
• Actively contribute to the roadmap which will deliver on the vision to create and embed meta data management and information modelling capabilities as foundational pillars for data governance.
• Establish strong relationships with key leaders, business partners and functions with the goal of fostering a collaborative approach to developing, managing, and sustaining good data management practices and operations.

Why you? Basic Qualifications: We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:

• Broader understanding of a CPG or Consumer healthcare industry and functional understanding of data from one or more business functions.
• Functional familiarity with one or more key master domains such as product, customer, supplier; and challenges typically involved in managing an enterprise view of the domain.
• Functional familiarity with one or more key transactional data domains such as sales, consumption, or other transactional data for a business function and the challenges typically involved in managing an enterprise view of the domain.
• Demonstrable experience in creating and managing an enterprise information architecture over a data platform architecture.
• Strong demonstrable experience in information design and modelling from conceptual, logical to physical data models and proficiency is using one or more modelling tools
• Familiarity with data management principles and approaches is preferable but not mandatory.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver high quality outcomes that meet project needs.
• TOGAF, Azure fundamentals and azure solution architecture beneficial but not mandatory
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced and rapidly changing work environment.
• Knowledge of agile methodologies and experience in using devops board
• Must be able to successfully manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
• Ability to engage and communicate effectively across all levels of the organisation.
