Must Have:
1. 5+ Years of Stakeholder Management experience - working directly with multiple stakeholder
a. Scheduling meetings with stakeholders to develop logic and understand the requirements
a. Providing on-going transparency and communication regarding development and modeling work
1. 5+ Years of data modeler experience
a. Ability to work on multiple use cases at same time
a. Development of a holistic model, not just for a single use case
a. Experience building data models using any modeling tool
1. 5+ Years of Functional and technical requirement experience
a. Experience working with stakeholders to review and understand functional requirements
a. Ability to review functional requirements and ask the correct questions to derive modeling and technical requirements
a. Experience working with SME's to capture metadata information at asset or use case level
1. 5+ Years of SQL/Spark SQL programming experience & 2+ Years of Python experience
a. Ability to read and write new stored procedures in SQL code
a. SQL Server - Experience and proficiency working in a SQL environment is required
a. Ability to read and write Python code so we can support web scrapping and our Data Scientist Persona
1. 5+ Years of Experience of Data Validation
a. Experience using SQL/Spark SQL - Developing test cases for integrated model and data assets/use case testing
1. 3+ Years of Experience on building Data quality monitoring measures.
1. Need to be able to work with Offshore dev team (India) and NUSA stakeholders (Eastern time zone)
1. Examples and experience problem solving and thinking big picture ...not just use case

Nice To Have:
1. 3+ Years of Azure architecture experience
a. Synapse - this is the main tool Analytics team will use
a. Azure Data Factory - Requires an understanding of the tool and capabilities
a. Databricks - this is the main tool Data Scientists will use
