Roles and Responsibility Strategy Awareness and understanding of the Group\'s business strategy and model appropriate to this role Business The scope of the role covers portfolio management and reporting for Global Fund Finance business: Specific areas of responsibility include (but not limited to): Ratings Database maintenance and governance Data entry for ratings and transaction information Data entry for financial information Maintenance and verification of ratings Monthly reconciliation and reporting Populate and refresh external ratings Communication with global team to ensure compliance with governance process Trouble shoot data inconsistency issues Management reporting Others Processes Background & experience in Operational process execution Member of project team having business analysis responsibilities Issue analysis & Management Internal audits and Quality assurance Core Skills Degree qualified with 1-4 years of relevant experience Self-confident person with a high level of drive, dedication, pride, and exceptional attention to detail. Excellent analytical and Finance skills, with advanced Excel skills and proven ability to interpret, analyse and present financial information and performance metrics. Detailed working knowledge and understanding of credit ratings. Excellent analysis skills with a logical approach to problem solving Ability to understand / visualise issues end-to-end, be able to identify how to logically break down these issues into relevant component parts Be familiar with the tools and methodology needed for successful quality control Ability to identify improvement opportunities, both at design and granular operational level Ability to work effectively as part of a team and individually with minimal supervision to strict timeframes Focused, organised and results-oriented Ability to work under ambiguous scenario with proactive thought process Ability to create effective work relationships across business & borders Ability to understand policy, standards and procedural requirements Ability to create & maintain documentation to a high standard Good understanding of the risks related to poor data. Good multi-tasking skills, A strong drive for results. Good influencing skills Good verbal and written communication skills Pinpoint potential issues harming quality, and ensure that shared data is fit to be used for a given purpose Desirable / Advantage Experience in banking / financial institution People & Talent Lead through example and build the appropriate culture and values. Set appropriate tone and expectations from their team and work in collaboration with risk and control partners. Risk Management Identify key issues based on this information and put in place appropriate controls and measures Governance Responsible for assessing the effectiveness of the Group\'s arrangements to deliver effective governance, oversight and controls in the business Regulatory & Business Conduct Operational Risk Framework - work with Risk, Compliance, Assurance, and Internal Audit as appropriate to ensure operational risk management and assurance processes are adhered to within the Business.
