We are looking for a Data Integration and Business Intelligence Associate who possesses a strong background in data management and analytics.

Responsibilities:

• Support, administer, monitor, and troubleshoot PAM for Investment, Tableau, and Informatica applications in a production environment
• Perform yearly upgrades of non-production and production environments
• Implement patches and EBF (Emergency Bug Fix) updates as necessary
• Maintain, monitor, troubleshoot, and enhance reporting and analytics capabilities
• Ensure data integration and business intelligence processes run smoothly and efficiently
• Work remotely, enabling flexibility and accessibility to perform job duties effectively.

• 3-4 years of relevant experience in the field
• Proficiency in administering PAM for Investment, Tableau, and Informatica
• Familiarity with Unix and Windows host platforms for server administration
• Experience in managing user authentications and user access, including tasks such as adding, modifying, and deleting users, as well as ensuring security measures are in place
• Strong understanding of SQL and relational databases, enabling effective data manipulation and analysis
• Ability to write clear and precise technical documentation, ensuring comprehensive and accessible reference materials
• Proven capability to identify recurring tasks and develop automation solutions to streamline processes and enhance performance
• Exceptional proficiency in English, enabling effective communication and collaboration
