Generate and issue invoices based on sales orders, purchase orders, or contracts.
Verify and reconcile billing data with sales and delivery records.
Maintain records of invoices, payments, and customer accounts.
Follow up with clients for pending payments and ensure timely collections.
Coordinate with the sales, accounts, and logistics teams to ensure accurate billing.
Handle credit notes, debit notes, and billing adjustments as required.
Prepare regular billing reports and support month-end closing activities.
Maintain confidentiality of financial data and ensure compliance with company policies.
Resolve billing discrepancies and respond to customer billing queries promptly.
