Tag correct lead sources, campaigns, and assign to the right sales or telecalling representative.
Ensure no duplication or missing information.
2. Data Validation & Quality Check
Verify phone numbers, emails, and lead details before entry.
Cross-check data with source files (Excel, Google Sheets, or APIs).
Conduct regular audits of CRM data with team leads.
Flag and correct invalid or incomplete records.
3. CRM Maintenance & Hygiene
Regularly clean and organize CRM records (remove duplicates, merge contacts).
Update lead stages and statuses as per telecalling or sales feedback.
Ensure all mandatory fields are filled before saving any record.
Follow CRM naming conventions and SOPs.

4. Reporting & Coordination
Generate and share daily/weekly lead entry and update reports.
Coordinate with the telecalling team to verify lead information.
Support the Lead Manager in generating analytics and dashboards.
Maintain records of data imports, exports, and modifications.
5. Confidentiality & Data Security
Handle all data as per company privacy and data protection policies.
Never share CRM credentials or data files externally.
Report any data breach or unauthorized access immediately.
Maintain confidentiality during client communication.
