Prepare, compile, and sort data before entry.
Check data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency; correct errors when identified.
Generate and format Excel reports and summaries as required by management.
Maintain confidentiality and ensure secure handling of company data.
Support various departments with data entry and record-keeping tasks.
Perform regular data backups and ensure proper file organization.
Assist in preparing simple charts, pivot tables, and analysis in Excel.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience as a
Data Entry Operator / Excel Operator
.
Proficiency in
Microsoft Excel
(VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, Data Validation, Conditional Formatting, etc.).
Typing Speed:
Minimum
35-45 words per minute (WPM)
with high accuracy.
Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Educational Qualification:
Minimum 12th / Graduate (Any Stream)
