EXO Edge is looking for experienced Data/ETL Engineers to join our Data Analytics team. As a Data Engineer, you will design, develop, evaluate, and test data infrastructures. Source system analysis, data modeling, business measure development, and report/visualization formatting. Ensure compliance with policies and procedures, safety, state, and federal laws, regulations, and standards.
In your journey as a Data Engineer, you will be:
Primarily focused on:

• Process of consolidating separate data and reporting suites
• Ensure business users are enabled with carefully curated data visualizations with accurate, reliable and consistent data to monitor contract performance and assist in decision making
• Determining reporting needs, developing and building reports, training users and establishing reporting cadences and processes

• Translate logical designs into physical designs, taking account of business requirements, target environments, processes, performance requirements, existing systems and services, and any potential safety-related aspects
• Analyze and organize raw data
• Build data systems and pipelines
• Evaluate business needs and objectives
• Interpret trends and patterns
• Conduct complex data analysis and report on results
• Prepare data for prescriptive and predictive modeling
• Build algorithms and prototypes
• Combine raw information from different sources
• Explore ways to enhance data quality and reliability
• Identify opportunities for data acquisition
• Develop analytical tools and programs
• Collaborate with data scientists and architects on multiple projects technologies.

• 5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer in a global organization
• Strong analytical skills applied to understanding business functionality and the KPI metrics they need to report to effectively manage their business and translating them into reporting and dashboard requirements.
• Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and changing business requirements.

• Experience with Data Warehousing, Data Management and Master Data Management related
• Microsoft Azure architecture and .NET
• Knowledge working with SQL Server TSQL stored procedures
• Experience with ETL/ELT tools such SSIS, Azure Data Factory or equivalent tools
• Dell Boomi is a plus
• Proficiency in software such as word processing, spreadsheet, and database management programs to develop and/or complete required reports
