The Data Engineer - MSTR is primarily responsible for doing the production support and maintenance of an assigned portfolio of application. Ability to Design and develop and support Microstrategy schema objects, build grids, graphs, reports, documents and dashboards Collaborate with , Integration, Product teams. Experience in supporting dossiers and self service requests Strong problem-solving, communication and articulation skills. Should be able to resolve tickets related to Data , Access, report and dossier issues. Collaborate with windows/Linux/Network teams for patching, maintenance activities. Competencies Needed: Bachelor\'s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field with 2- 4 years of IT experience developing and implementing technical solutions The Data Engineer - Microstrategy Platform Support is primarily responsible for the maintenance of an assigned portfolio of applications, including requirements analysis, customizations, database changes and supporting the MSTR applications and platform. Good have knowledge on SSO Server authentication set-up and administration Good to have experience on MicroStrategy Web configuration and ability to setup web instances for LDAP and SSO Platform analytic work experience. Good to know to implement MSTR installation and maintenance on clustered environment Must have experience in administrating MicroStrategy on UNIX, LINUX environments. Upgrade experience in production environment for all product suites of MicroStrategy Experience in supporting dossiers and self service requests Great to have Python skills Good to have knowledge in configuring Hadoop,Hive,Spark Platforms from Microstrategy Production environment troubleshooting experience for Intelligence server and Web Server Knowledge on MSTR SDK Experience in automating jobs, migration, cube monitor(system manger work flow) Should be able to work independently on issues related to Platform like I-server ,web servers, memory etc. Monitoring/managing overall system health. Experience in Distribution Services troubleshooting.
