This role will work with Digital Advisory - Data Engagement Lead to create data insights and analysis for review internally and externally, leveraging the TB product and data assets to create insights to assist with client s business objectives and decision making. An understanding of Excel, Access and Data Interrogation Strong research and analytical skills to achieve deep customer understanding and develop customer specific propositions. Proficient in the use of digital publishing tools (such as Indesign, Adobe and Illustrator) Technical/Business Skills Analytical Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills to develop appropriate solutions. Stakeholder Management: Connect well with stakeholders and partners and forge strong relationships. Exposure to Global Working: Experience working in globally distributed teams. Technical Skills: Proficient in using the Microsoft Office Suite - Excel, PowerPoint, Word etc BFSI Experience: Experience in the Banking Financial Services sector. Personal Attributes Self-driven Quality Focussed: Initiative and self-drive to execute with a balance of speed and quality. Attention to detail and a passion for high quality outcomes. Communication Skills: Present information and ideas clearly and logically, strong verbal and written communication skills.
