In this role, you will collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications and design specifications. You will oversee the development process, working closely with developers to ensure the successful implementation of the solution. Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and infrastructure, while upholding performance and security standards. Responsibilities:

• Gather requirements from stakeholders and users, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and translating them into documented functional requirements and design specifications.
• Oversee developers and integration activities, providing clarification, answering questions, and assisting in issue resolution throughout the development process.
• Identify potential issues between systems and business specifications and propose innovative solutions to ensure seamless functionality.
• Conduct thorough research, considering current infrastructure assets, opportunities, and information security, to drive application improvement and integration.
• Examine functional specifications and translate them into comprehensive system guidelines, shaping the project development process.
• Familiarize yourself with company IT processes and facilitate project integration by providing clear guidelines and milestones to team members.

Requirements:

• Responsible for providing leadership and design initiatives for building technology solutions.
• Develops architecture and integration to support medium to large-scale initiatives.
• Defines project scope, plans and deliverables including cost and timelines.
• Qualifications include:

Must Have

• Demonstrated experience providing IT architecture and planning; ability to produce IT solutions, both independently and collaboratively;
• Experience and/or training related to one or more Architecture & Service Delivery Frameworks (TOGAF, eTOM, ITIL, CoBiT, etc.); and Specializes in RDBM systems, business intelligence, data modelling (logical and physical).BI Program for the IT/NTS team as we move all legacy MicroStrategy reporting into GCP and connect all downstream feeds.
• We also require a number of people that can work with data models and logic in Business intelligence and build pipelines for reporting and downstream connects.
• We would like a team that had Google cloud (GCP), AWS and MicroStrategy experience, as well as experience working in a SAFe Agile environment
