Your field of responsibility
An exciting and challenging role in which you will be part of the Global IT Agile Transformation program in Swiss Bank IT and play a pivotal role in the local Indian team to drive forward Performance analytics & Report automation. Your Responsibility will include

• Working with data from different sources to integrate and implement data transform where required (Working with data from various sources to ingest, integrate, transform and stage in order to provide meaningful and actionable insights to the end users including IT Management)

• Identify-opportunities for simplification and automation

• Maintaining robust data management practices – (Follow proper data management & governance guidelines to ensure the data used for analyses are complete and updated regularly).

• Maintenance and operations of the Reporting Portal

• Ad hoc reporting, analysis, remediation work (Troubleshoot data quality and visualization related issues)

• General support to the management team and the COO/CIO as well as managing internal-stakeholders

Your skills and experience
Skills we are looking for:

• 
  
• Minimum five to ten years of relevant work experience, ideally gained in a global financial institution – experience in banking is an advantage.
  
• Having an agile-mindset in solution delivery and working experience in agile set up
  
• Strong technical expertise working with data analysis techniques like summary statistics and tools e.g., sourcing data from databases using SQL.
  
• Outstanding skills with MS Excel are essential
  
• Experience in Using Data Visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI or Qlik are good to have
  
• Outstanding problem solving, analytical skills and a structured approach
  
• Outstanding interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills, flexibility and initiative
  
• Result oriented attitude, attention to regulatory requirements and highly accurate
  
• Proficiency in working with, influencing and liaise with business partners, and achieving successful delivery across a globally diverse and highly distributed team
