Job Description

The Data Analyst performs analysis and reports data related to case management projects and ensures that case management goals and objectives are accomplished within specified time frames through the judicious and efficient use of Foxx Live Sciences resources. The incumbent develops and maintains data and supports reporting needs for the company's KPI and OKR management and other performance measurement activities. The incumbent also communicates the updates and analysis results to stakeholders for case management projects and activities.Position Responsibilities Prepares reports and findings in a clear and concise manner, both written and verbal. Prepares weekly, monthly and annual reports for various KPIs Upload data to the ERP system on an as needed basis Evaluates reports for accuracy of data, including the application of standardized analysis, and assists in the timely production of reports. Provides analysis regarding trends in the data compared to industry standards and recognized benchmarks. Provides technical expertise in analysis to staff, other company departments. Provides support to committees working on quality improvement activities. Works with systems staff to ensure functional effectiveness of the interactions between operations and information systems. Effectively utilizes computer and appropriate software and interacts as needed with the company's Information Technology Systems. Provide data to users by extracting that data from the ERP system Other projects and duties as assigned.Experience & Education Bachelor's degree in data science, or a related field is required. 2 years professional experience in a manufacturing organization required. Must be an advanced MS Excel user Must have experience with MS Power BI Experience with MS Dynamics 365 Business Central would be a plus.Knowledge Of Mathematical, statistical, and operational research tools to produce valid reports. Techniques in data design and data management. Principles of effective analysis and report writing. Principles and practices of health care systems, and medical administration. Prior experience with Business Intelligence data integration preferred.Possesses The Ability To Plan, organize, and direct data collection activities. Initiate and follow-through on projects with little supervision or guidance. Establish and maintain effective working relationships with the company's leadership and staff.. Communicate effectively in writing and orally, including public presentations. Collect data, identify pertinent information and prepare and present clear and concise reports, which reflect understandable data, analysis and appropriate findings.Job Type: Full-timeBenefits:
