Hybrid Workinga,

We are currently in the early stages of implementing a hybrid working environment, which means that many colleagues spend part of their working hours at home and part in the office, depending on the nature of the role they are in. WeaAEURA(TM)re flexible on how this works and it may continue to change and evolve. Depending on your team, typically this means that colleagues spend a minimum of between 20% to 60% of their time in the office, which could be over a week, a month or a quarter. However, some colleagues may choose to spend more time in the office over a typical period than their role type requires. We also have a flexible working process where, subject to business needs, all colleagues globally are able to request work patterns to reflect their personal circumstances These requests will be reviewed and agreed for a period of time i.e., will have a start and end date.

Introduction:

The role will involve working in a multi-discipline team where you will support the reporting capability of RTB & BTB activities of the Group CDO. You will bring a background in Data Analysis, Reporting software packages (including QlikView, Business Data Portal (BDP)) and strong experience in the development of Management Information and Reporting suites, best practices and patterns.

What will you be doing?

aAEURAa, a, a, CDO BoW Management aAEURA" Monitor and govern the CDO JIRA Board to ensure effective tracking of Group CDO Epics
aAEURAa, a, a, Facilitate a regular cycle of fortnightly reporting to the management
aAEURAa, a, a, Coordinate and engage with Tooling team & relevant stake holders in order to minimise risks to delivery/timelines that may arise as a part of Tooling escalations
aAEURAa, a, a, Facilitate & steer various Governance Forums for effective decision making & accurate tracking of BoW/data usage
aAEURAa, a, a, Prepare materials in relation to standing agenda items, rolling agenda items and any ad hoc if required
aAEURAa, a, a, Capture key decisions/actions from the forums and circle it to wider audience
aAEURAa, a, a, Engage with stakeholders as needed to ensure up to date data is incorporated into reporting
aAEURAa, a, a, Develop robust processes & controls for collating input data & seeking sign-offs as requireda,
aAEURAa, a, a, Create MI and reporting packs for use by Senior Staff for presentation to key stakeholders
aAEURAa, a, a, Coordination of reporting template releases and related admin tasks
aAEURAa, a, a, Decision making and problem solving
aAEURAa, a, a, Liaising with users and other teams for support and technical issues

aAEURAa, a, a, Experience in developing complex, professional and repeatable reporting templates using Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Qlikview, BDP, Abacus, Navigator and related software.
aAEURAa, a, a, Knowledge of industry best practices
aAEURAa, a, a, A focus on development of robust processes and controls to ensure accuracya,
aAEURAa, a, a, Asks the right questions to quickly understand business problems and has the ability to devise innovative solutions from user requirements which at times may be aAEURA~basicaAEURA(TM).
