Complete end-to-end ownership of visualization/dash boarding for operations.
Own dashboards at the team level.
Knowledge of payroll, taxation, salary management, Tds, etc.
Prepare quarterly/monthly reports.
Metrics analysis, dashboard creation, and any ad-hoc data analysis.
Receive feedback from the operations floor and ensure the use of metrics in daily operations.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (Formulas) and PowerPoint is required.
Proficiency with Advanced Microsoft Excel (Macros,Micros, Pivot table, V lookup, H Lookup etc.
Good Communication and Presentation Skills
Good knowledge of MS Excel w.r.t MIS Reporting, Pivot tables, H lookup, V lookup, Formulas, data entry, maintaining excel sheets.
Knowledge of Google sheets and Google tools would be added advantage.
