Introduction:

At a high level the purpose of the role is to provide support to a new Compliance Data & Analytics Centre of Excellence and drive continuous improvement activities across Compliance with a focus on data analysis and insights. a,

What will you be doing?

aAEURAa, a, a, Understand the landscape of oversight activities & data from the allocated Business Oversight Compliance team, and identify and articulate opportunities to support check & challenge rationale with data & insights.
aAEURAa, a, a, Source, interrogate and analyse data using various skillsets (e.g. data aggregation, data visualisation, root cause & outlier analysis using statistics) to drive new insights supporting BAU & ad-hoc oversight activities.
aAEURAa, a, a, Identify and communicate the demand for more complex solutions (e.g. machine learning) to improve the management of Conduct Risk and Reputational Risk, and facilitate requirement gathering.
aAEURAa, a, a, Collaborate and coordinate with a centralised Product team throughout product lifecycle, and drive user testing, training & adoption and contribute to continuous product improvements.
aAEURAa, a, a, Identify data governance and quality issues and escalate to stakeholders (e.g. supported Business Oversight Compliance team, centralised Product team, and Chief Data Office) for resolution.
aAEURAa, a, a, Bring an understanding of technologies used in banking (and other sectors) and role-model intellectual curiosity and continuous learning related to emerging technology.aAEURAa,
aAEURAa, a, a, Act as the Compliance representative for enterprise-wide regulatory and industry consultations relating to data topics such as Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Fairness and Bias in modelling, and Data Privacy.aAEURA
