We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Data Analyst with a concentration in Salesforce (SFDC) to join our team in Bangalore. This individual will play a crucial role in extracting actionable insights from Salesforce data, contributing to the overall success of our Customer Success and Alliances team.

Role Overview:

As a Data Analyst with expertise in Salesforce (SFDC), you will be responsible for extracting, analyzing, and interpreting data from our Salesforce platform to provide valuable insights and support informed decision-making. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of experience in data analysis, with a strong focus on Salesforce data analytics. This role will be joining a newly formed global Customer Success and Alliances Operations team.

Key Responsibilities:

1. **Salesforce Data Analysis:** Extract, transform, and analyze data from Salesforce to provide meaningful insights into sales performance, customer behavior, and overall business trends

.2. **Reporting and Dashboards:** Develop and maintain customized reports and dashboards within Salesforce to visualize key performance indicators and facilitate data-driven decision-making.

3. **Data Cleansing and Integrity:** Ensure the accuracy and integrity of Salesforce data by conducting regular audits, data cleansing activities, and implementing best practices for data hygiene.

4. **Collaboration with Stakeholders:** Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Operations, to understand data requirements and provide actionable insights to enhance business processes.

5. **Data Modeling:** Collaborate in designing and implementing data models that align with business needs, ensuring scalability and efficiency in Salesforce data architecture.

6. **Continuous Improvement:** Proactively identify opportunities to enhance data quality, reporting processes, and data-driven strategies within the Salesforce ecosystem.

7. **Training and Documentation:** Provide training to end-users on Salesforce data analytics best practices and maintain documentation for reference. \

Qualifications

• Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
• 3 to 5 years of proven experience in data analysis, with a focus on Salesforce (SFDC).
• Strong proficiency in Salesforce reporting and analytics tools.
• Advanced skills in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau)
• Knowledge of data modeling and database design principles.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders.
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Data Architecture and Management Designer) are a plus.
• Thoughtspot and/or Snowflake experience is not required but definitely a plus
• Infrequent travel may be required
