Role Responsibilities Business Interact with the process team to understand the requirement Considering various available tech stack provide right solution to solve business problem Ensure all business requirement are documented as per agreed standard with sign offs Ensure projects are delivered as per requirements & agreed timelines Ensure Agile methodology is followed across project Regulatory & Business Conduct Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group&rsquos Values and Code of Conduct. Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank. This includes understanding and ensuring compliance with, in letter and spirit, all applicable laws, regulations, guidelines and the Group Code of Conduct. Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters. Our Ideal Candidate Qualifications Experience - Minimum 8 to 10 yrs. Computer Science degree / Masters Bachelor&rsquos or Master&rsquos Degree in Computer/Data Science, technical or related experience. Role Specific Competencies Analytical and logical thinking skills. Designing and maintaining data systems and databases this includes developing, fixing coding errors and other data-related problems. Mining data from primary and secondary sources, then reorganizing said data in a format that can be easily read by either human or machine. Using statistical tools to interpret data sets, paying particular attention to trends and patterns that could be valuable for diagnostic and predictive analytics efforts. Preparing reports for executive leadership that effectively communicate trends, patterns, and predictions using relevant data. Collaborating with programmers, engineers, and organizational leaders to identify opportunities for process improvements, recommend system modifications, and develop policies for data governance. Creating appropriate documentation that allows stakeholders to understand the steps of the data analysis process and duplicate or replicate the analysis if necessary. Develop & implement database, data collection systems, data analytics & other stratigies that optmize statistical efficiency & qiality Technical expertise regarding data models, database design development, data mining & segmatation technique Technical skills include hands on database languages such as SQL, R, or Python, Java, C+, VBA, spreadsheet tools such as Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets and data visualization software Power BI, Tableau, MicroStrategy. Mathematical and statistical skills to help gather, develop, measure, organize, and analyze data. Excellent MS Excel & Powerpoint skills Adept at using data processing platforms like Hadoop and Apache Spark Excellent communication and presentation skills Having a systematic and logical approach to problem-solving Lead brainstorming sessions and attend project meetings Review BRDs & User Stories Infra : Support Lead Solution architect on Infra & task as & when requested Maintaining Licenses/ renewals Server maintenance Ability to navigate through SCB IT in setting infra, getting approvals , documentations , etc Interact with Technology team for infra set up, execute OAT , SAT Maintain Linux server About Standard Chartered We\'re an international bank, nimble enough to act, big enough for impact.
