Principal data architect co-lead responsibility with consumer architects and be responsible for platform tooling & data analysis
Helps to make our operations smarter and create \xe2\x80\x98best in class\xe2\x80\x99 data driven innovative products our customer will love. For example, predicting service impacting incidents before they occur using network telemetry data, identifying jeopardy in delivery plans based on historical events, or personalising upsell opportunities by harnessing a 360-degree view of the customer, up to leveraging IoT to support big initiatives such as \xe2\x80\x98Household targets. Given the breadth of the role, the role holder will need to work closely with the wider Architecture team to interlock on Data Insight opportunities and ensure they flow through into the respective Domain, Sales and Service Technology strategies.
This role will take the lead in Proactively understand the Architecture design considerations for Consumer business drivers, needs, priorities required for data teams. It will oversee the architecture Consumer business needs and closely work with Consumer Principal data engineers and other Architects. This role will also lead architecture solutions. Design and manage measurement strategies for each learning solution. Develop learning plans tailored to individual groups and roles within the client organization. Communicate status and develop designs as required. Work closely with Consumer data & AI team members and architect leaders to support design activities.


What you\xe2\x80\x99ll be doing

• Partner with the Data Engineering team on analysing the data needs required for the business and in-depth output required inform of the excel sheets or presentations or any quick reporting tools
• Define data analysis required for data products and usage patterns across data solutions e.g., ETLs, APIs, SQL etc.
• Collaboratively develop platform analysis (e.g., SQL, ETL, etc.) and validate outputs and help busines technology partner take right decisions required for the business in the roadmap for next few years.
• Lead standard-setting and architecture and ensures successful evolution and adherence to these within project
• Prepare relevant High- and low-level designs & documentation for end-to-end GCP data solutions (storage, integration, processing, access)
• Assemble large, complex data sets that meet functional/non-functional business requirements.
• Identify, design, and implement internal process improvements: automating manual processes, optimizing data delivery, re-
• Work with stakeholders including Product, Data and Design teams to assist with data-related analysis issues and support their data analysis needs.
• Collaborate and share best practices/insights with engineering colleagues and the architect community
• Articulate communication skills to explain complex solutions to external or internal customers in a clear and concise manner, aligned with the ability to adjust style to a varied audience within an organisation.

Skills Required

Worked with various data analysis tools such as SQL or any other similar tools

• Knowledge of complex data structures and the ability enhance the data to be integrated across the business
• Conceptual knowledge of data and analytics, such as dimensional modelling, ETL, reporting tools, structured and unstructured data
• Knowledge of marketing technologies such as Adobe Experience Cloud and Pega
• Effective communicator: Stays up to date with business trends and is recognized as a Business SME and informs about issues/new developments that relate to the strategy
• Strong Data Analysis experience.
• Experience with cloud technologies, GCP (Preferred) and AWS is a plus
• Knowing about Big Data technologies: Spark, Kafka
• Knowledge about migrating the on-premises data pipelines and Datawarehouse to Google Cloud Platform or AWS
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical analysis

• Previous experience designing and working with system that can work both with on premise and cloud platforms
• Strong data analysis skills
• Broad range of open-source languages.
