*S&P Global Mobility* The Role: Data Analytics Engineer I The Team: The Advanced Analytics team in the Mobility division works on solving a variety of problems as it relates to forecasting the future trends in the industry along electrification, EV charging, the EV after sales market etc. The Impact: This role will be an entry level data analytics engineer who will bring more stability to our existing data pipelines and algorithms, also building additional systems that will help with monitoring data quality and help with identifying/improving performance bottlenecks in the data pipeline. • Work closely with the leads in the team to understand existing data pipelines and algorithms.
• Perform data quality exploration, data pipeline performance measurement using the appropriate technologies (Python Pandas, NumPy, PySpark, SQL, PowerBI, Tableau).
• Build systems that will increase automation of operational tasks, data quality dashboards and tools to monitor runtime performance of existing data pipelines
• Communicate proactively on findings, challenges with respective leads.

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum education requirement of four-year degree in an Engineering or a computer science or a quantitative discipline. Additional education is preferred
• 1+ years of experience in building advanced analytics solutions
• Solid knowledge of Python, SQL and other related data technologies
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills

In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan. This role is not eligible for additional compensation such as an annual incentive bonus or sales commission plan.
