Job Title : Data Analyst

Location: Bangalore

Roles and Responsibilities

• Compiling & Publishing various MIS reports pertaining to the HR Shared Service Team.
• Leverage the ATS (applicant tracking systems) such as Taleo, Darwinbox, to capture, maintain & present relevant data
• Develop dashboards & automated reports with regards to the HR Operations data.
• Responsible for Daily / Weekly / Monthly Secondary MIS to HR Heads, Senior Management.
• Develop PowerPoint decks for various TA MBR and QBRs.
• Analyze the data and identify the variances, identify patterns.
• Assemble data sets from various internal sources and create interactive dashboards
• Prepare and generate reports for analysis, insights and decision making
• Support system integration, data governance projects from ideation to deployment
• Introduce best practices in Reporting Structures
• Managing Invoicing & vendor payouts
• Identify scope for greater operational efficiency
• Collaborate with other departments / teams with in IT for the data to analyze and present the same
• Generating the budget on IT Expense on monthly/yearly basis
• Monitor all budget and actual related reporting system
• Is able to create a centralized TA database as one source of all TA related information.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Minimum 2-4 years of relevant experience in managing HR MIS (recruitment MIS preferable), Microsoft office application, and understanding of channel function.
• Deep experience in Excel dashboards, Powerpoint & Power BI reports.
• Good communication skills
