Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented and passionate Data Analyst and Storyteller to join our People Analytics team at InMobi. This is a unique opportunity to work with a highly collaborative and dynamic team, and to use your skills to make a real impact.

What you get to do:

• Collect and analyse data from various sources (e.g. HR systems, surveys) to identify trends and patterns
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide data-driven recommendations

• Create compelling narratives and presentations to effectively communicate findings and recommendations to leadership and HR stakeholders
• Continuously seek out new data sources and methods to improve data accuracy and insights
• Comfortable working with a high degree of autonomy, as you will be responsible for driving your own projects and initiatives

• Bachelor\'s degree in a related field (Statistics, Business Analytics, Economics etc..)

• 4 to 5 years of experience in roles related to People, Research and Data Analysis with Storytelling. Functional knowledge of HR is highly desired.
• Exceptional ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights and communicate results to audiences at all levels of expertise
• Highly flexible attitude with ability to proactively define problems and manage projects efficiently
