Job Title: Data Analyst + Support Analyst Client : Mitsogo Budget: 3,00,000 LPA Shift : Hybrid Location : Kochi Exp : 1- 3 Years Position Summary: The candidate is responsible for extracting meaningful insights from data, turning raw data into actionable information, and contributing to informed decision-making within the organization and is responsible for delivering high-quality technical support to end-users or customers by diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving technical issues. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, technical expertise, and excellent customer service. Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Data Collection: Gather data from various sources, including databases, spreadsheets, APIs, and external datasets. Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and quality through data cleaning and validation.
  • Data Processing: Clean and preprocess raw data to make it suitable for analysis. Transform data into a structured format for analysis, including data normalization and data standardization.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies. Develop and apply statistical, mathematical, and analytical models to solve specific business problems.
  • Data Interpretation: Translate data findings into actionable recommendations for decision-makers. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives and provide data-driven solutions.
  • Reporting and Visualization: Create reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to convey data insights to stakeholders. Use data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Excel to present data findings effectively.
  • Predictive Modeling: Build predictive models to forecast future trends, customer behavior, or other relevant outcomes. Evaluate model performance and refine models as needed.
  • Data Quality Assurance: Monitor and ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness. Identify data quality issues and collaborate with relevant teams to resolve them.
  • Data Security and Compliance: Ensure data privacy and compliance with relevant regulations (e.g., GDPR). Implement data security measures to protect sensitive information.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay updated on the latest data analysis techniques and tools. Actively seek opportunities to enhance data analysis skills and knowledge.
  • Customer Support Knowledge: Ability to audit, analyze and able to respond to customer inquiries, issues, and requests through various communication channels (e.g, email or chat). If required, provide prompt and professional assistance to users, ensuring a positive customer experience. Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, identifying root causes and providing effective solutions. Escalate complex issues to higher-level support or technical teams when necessary.
  • Customer Service: Deliver excellent customer service by actively listening to users\' concerns, empathizing with their issues, and providing clear and effective communication. Maintain a positive and professional attitude throughout interactions.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain accurate records of support requests, actions taken, and resolutions. Update and contribute to a knowledge base with solutions to common technical issues.

Requirements:
  • Expert in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and Tableau is necessary.
  • Bachelor\'s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis (MS Excel), customer support tools (Zendesk, HubSpot, Avaya, RingCentral, Salesforce etc) and data visualization tools (Tableau).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
