Required Technical and Professional Expertise \xe2\x80\xa2 Must have knowledge of Banking domain, preferably payments and card domain. \xe2\x80\xa2 Knowledge on SWIFT, MT, MX messaging preferable. \xe2\x80\xa2 Should have good exposure eliciting requirements during real time collaborative sessions with stakeholders in Agile Development Projects. \xe2\x80\xa2 Good exposure in Business structure, Stakeholder analysis, Requirements Gathering \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience facilitating the development and documentation of use cases. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to present and explain project specific information to diverse types of audience. \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong ability to define and document business and functional requirements, business process maps ( As-Is/To be ) flows and diagrams \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to research, classify, and prioritize business, user and functional requirements. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to effectively manage multiple small to large projects in a cross-functional environment. \xe2\x80\xa2 Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Primary Skills:
