Role - Data Acquisition Analyst Required Technical Skill - Oracle EBS(eBusiness Suite) and/or SAP ECC,Data modelling,Data Analytics Desired Experience Range - 5 - 10 Years Location of Requirement - Hyderabad. Must-Have/Preferred Experience/Skills: .Strong Logical & Physical Data Modelling experience. .Experience with Oracle RMB (Revenue Management and Billing), Oracle EBS (eBusiness Suite) and/or SAP ECC 6.0 preferred. .Strong experience with Data modelling and analysis concepts to support Data Analytics and Reporting Requirements. .Knowledge on Integration mechanisms (Dell Boomi, ftp/sftp, Informatica, Kafka, etc) and experience working with security deploying new transport mechanism. .Should have functional / business knowledge on financial products. .Ability to combine strong conceptual and critical thinking and apply a practical mind to drive tasks. .Understanding of Data Governance concepts, including metadata management, master data management and data quality. .Good proficiency in ABAP (Advanced Business Application Programming), PL/SQL, Excel VBA. .Hands on experience/fluency in SQL joins and ability to write complex SQL queries. .Experience handling products on different solution models (SaaS (Software as a Service), PaaS (Platform as a Service), managed service etc.). .Proven track record of using industry standard processes and frameworks. .Experience working financial services or similar regulated organisations. .Experience of developing technology strategies. .Experience working in financial services or similar regulated organisations. .Experience of working in global organisations and sophisticated post-merger integration programmes with significant business impact. .Experience of developing and influencing strategic working relationships with key technology suppliers. .Experience of developing technology strategies, defining and supervising budgets, and leading teams to deliver in a service-focused environment. .Ability to influence across multiple Functions. Detailed Responsibilities: .Establishing connections to physical data repositories and ingesting data into a tool. .Data profiling to establish quality of data and any gaps in data that are mandatory from the functional output or control perspective. .Input into process enhancement for gaps identified during data profiling to meet functional and or control outputs. .Create mock processes between source and target including but not limited to, addition of reference data/or creation of master data for enrichment, creation of validation steps, data cleansing, creation of error reports, creation of validation reports, creation of control reports, creation of output data objects. .Establish workflow dependencies. .Creation of workflow tasks to productionize above mocked processes working with Technology and Finance colleagues. .Create and maintain data dashboards, provide updates to stakeholders.
