Role Overview:

- You'll be envisioning and driving DaMENSCH's offline retail customer experience & business operations from a product & technology perspective.

- You'll be responsible for building a one of its kind magical customer experience at DaMENSCH's retail stores and keep that experience in deep sync with their digital experience to create a seamless omnichannel reality set a high benchmark for D2C brand omnichannel experience.

- This is a cross functional role where you'd be closely working with our shopping experience, operations, logistics and support teams to drive best CX.

Responsibilities:

- Leverage technology to build world class omnichannel shopping and fulfilment experience across all retail stores ; EBO & MBO

- Enable exceptional tracking & complete visibility of offline customer behavior, distribution, and sales

- Seamlessly transcend the digital & offline boundaries to present a one DaMENSCH view to our customers and ensure a seamless customer experience across all our touch points

- Identify customer needs and market trends that drive offline apparel shopping in India

- Drive efficiency of pan-India distribution operations

- Take complete ownership of the retail experience & business operations. Drive organization alignment with leadership, business verticals, engineering for this charter.

- Influence every other function in the organization including Shopping Experience, Planning, Manufacturing, Delivery experience, Marketing to drive customer satisfaction

- Define a clear execution strategy to achieve retail CX & business goals. Be able to straddle multiple priorities, identify constraints in the system and trade-offs.

- Inspire and influence your team to achieve their key goals by evangelizing and driving consensus around the product vision, strategy, goals and execution plan

- Drive organizational alignment for the CX vision

Desired Skills & Requirements:

- Engineer from India's top institutes

- 1-2 years of experience in product management

- Mind blowing problem solving skills

- Excellent written & verbal communication skills, and ability to multitask

- Highly curious, having an experimental mindset

- Has a customer obsessive mindset. Is able to visualize customer wants and needs and be their spokesperson in the organization

- A high agency individual with a demonstrated ability to deliver stretch goals in an ambiguous, innovative, dynamic and fast-paced environment

- Previous experience in managing retail or mom and pop stores (good to have)
