Vmc Operator
Job Description
Set up vertical machining centers with the correct tooling, fixtures, and program according to component specifications.
Interpret engineering drawings and CNC programs to ensure precision machining.
Load raw material and monitor machining processes for quality, making real-time adjustments if necessary.
Measure and inspect finished parts using micrometers, calipers, and other instruments.
Conduct preventive maintenance and troubleshoot minor issues to maintain machine uptime.
Maintain detailed production and maintenance logs.
Follow all safety protocols in machine operation and material handling.
Working Hours: 8 hours + 4 hours OT
