Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage field sales teams to exceed targets.
Develop and execute strategies for customer acquisition and revenue growth.
Align field operations with overall business objectives.
Oversee territory planning, route optimization, and account management.
Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
Ensure effective coverage of key accounts and high-potential areas.
Coach and evaluate team performance through regular feedback and field visits.
Conduct ride-alongs and implement sales training programs.
Build strong relationships with clients and channel partners.
Resolve escalated customer issues and ensure satisfaction.
Track KPIs, generate reports, and use insights to optimize performance.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Minimum 8 years of experience in sales, with at least 3–5 years in field sales leadership roles.
Demonstrated success in managing geographically distributed teams and meeting sales goals.
Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strong understanding of sales analytics and field automation tools.
Willingness to travel frequently within assigned regions.
