Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive regional sales strategies aligned with company goals.
Identify market trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
Set clear sales objectives, forecasts, and performance metrics for the region.
Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing regional sales team.
Conduct performance evaluations and implement development plans.
Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
Lead negotiations with major accounts and close high-value deals.
Represent the company at regional industry events and conferences.
Oversee daily sales operations and ensure effective CRM utilization.
Monitor KPIs, generate regular reports, and analyze performance data.
Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to optimize the sales funnel.
Manage regional sales budget and allocate resources efficiently.
Provide accurate sales forecasting and reporting to senior leadership.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
15+ years of progressive experience in B2B sales,
Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and driving growth.
Strong leadership, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Willingness to travel within the region as needed.
