Plasma Cutting Operator
Job Description
Set up and operate plasma cutting machines for accurate cutting of metal components.
Load raw material sheets onto the machine and secure them properly.
Read and follow CAD/CAM drawings and instructions for correct pattern cutting.
Monitor cutting process and adjust machine parameters such as speed, current, and gas flow for quality output.
Inspect finished parts visually and with measuring tools to verify conformance.
Conduct routine machine maintenance, including cleaning and changing consumables.
Report equipment malfunctions and participate in troubleshooting or minor repairs
Working Hours: 8 hours + 4 hours OT
