Job Description
Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced HBM Operator (Horizontal Boring Machine Operator) to handle precision machining of large components. The candidate should have hands-on experience with horizontal boring machines, strong technical knowledge, and a focus on maintaining dimensional accuracy.
Responsibilities:
Set up and operate Horizontal Boring Machines (HBM).
Perform boring, facing, and milling as per drawing specifications.
Align workpieces accurately before machining.
Inspect parts using precision measuring tools.
Maintain machines and ensure a safe working environment.
Qualifications:
ITI/Diploma in Mechanical or equivalent.
0-2 years of experience in HBM machine operation.
Knowledge of HBM controls (Fanuc / Siemens preferred).
Skilled in handling heavy components safely.
Good teamwork, accuracy, and problem-solving skills.
