Key Responsibilities :
Support and coach field sales executives to drive daily performance.
Execute sales strategies to achieve territory targets and KPIs.
Plan and optimize territory coverage and routing.
Build strong relationships with key customers to boost retention and growth.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity for strategic input.
Assist with training and development of field staff.
Track performance metrics and report to senior management.
Resolve field issues and customer concerns efficiently.
Collaborate with internal teams to support sales execution.
Ensure compliance with sales processes and documentation standards.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of field sales experience.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency Microsoft Office Suite
Willingness to travel within assigned territories as required
