Job Description

The Cybersecurity Advisor for Digital Factory / HMI activity will be responsible of the execution of the Cybersecurity program aligned with the strategy defined at Corporate Level and defined in collaboration with the Digital Factory Cybersecurity Director.

The job includes the following responsibilities:

• Cybersecurity strategy and roadmap: manage the cybersecurity roadmap, define the strategy for cybersecurity on the different offers and solutions,
• Incident Response coordination: in collaboration with the Incident Response Team, define the plans, validate the solutions and the public security notifications,
• Cybersecurity advisor: brings support to the project team on all the steps of the Secure Development Lifecycle activities (Cybersecurity Requirements, Risks analysis, threat model analysis, pen tests report review, final security review preparation),
• Cybersecurity technical expertise: bring the needed expertise and support to the teams on Cybersecurity technical topics

Contribute to the Cybersecurity community by leveraging Cybersecurity culture (trainings, coaching ...)

Qualifications

Cybersecurity technical expert with at least 5 years of experience.

Following knowledge are requested to fulfill the position:

• Software/Firmware development and architecture,
• Good knowledge of cybersecurity technologies (cryptography, secure architecture, authentication/authorization mechanisms ...)
• OT communication protocols (Modbus, OPC-UA ...)
• IT communication protocols (OSI model, TCP/IP protocols and stacks, secure protocols, Web protocols ...)
• Risk analysis methodology (Threat Model Analysis ...)
• Deep knowledge of Secure Development Lifecycle activities
• Cybersecurity standards: IEC62443 standard knowledge would be an added value
• Communication and system hardening (Firewall, OS hardening ...)
• Cybersecurity certification welcome (CSSLP / CISSP, ISA-IEC62443 ...)
