Primary Skills:

• 
  Knowledge of Information and Cyber Security strategies, tools, techniques and practices.
• Knowledge and familiarity with security best practices /standards like ISO 27001
• Familiar with RBI/CERT IN circulars and compliance requirements
• Well versed with Information and Cyber technologies/tools/processes
• Well versed with formulation and implementation of various IT and IS policies.

Secondary Skills:


Incident response procedures, techniques, reporting to management, regulator, CERT-IN etc





Competency:

• 
  Hands on in GRC functions and managing Security programs
• Ability to independently work as part of security organisation
• Ability to translate regulators requirements into actionable policies implement
• Ability to Work with diverse technical and non-technical stakeholder individuals / groups (including third parties)
• Ability to Work effectively under pressure.
• Ability to benchmark and improve Cyber Security posture of the Bank
• Partner with all internal teams/external entities to address and enhance Cyber posture of the bank
• Excellent verbal and written - communication and presentation skills.
